Where do you ship to?

Misstreated ships within the continental United States and Canada.

Where does my order ship from?

Misstreated is a Canadian small business. Most of our items ship from our manufacturer warehouses in Toronto, Ontario. We also have items that ship from California. We ship from the appropriate warehouse based on your location to minimize freight costs.

Does your lingerie fit true to size?

Unfortunately as most of us ladies know, there is no standardized sizing in the garment industry. However, lingerie does tend to run smaller than street wear. Most of our clients find that going up one size is suitable to find the right fit. However, please use our size charts to measure and determine the best size for you.

What currency will I be charged?

As a Canadian company, our prices are in CAD - Canadian Dollar. If you are ordering from the USA, your credit card company will process the transaction using the current exchange rate. Misstreated is not responsible for any differences in cost, or fees associated with this process.

I just ordered an item from your site. How long will it take to receive it?

Your credit card will be processed within 24 hours of making your purchase. Once your credit card has been approved, your order will be sent to the applicable warehouse to be picked and sent out. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your order.

I ordered several items. Will they ship together?

Depending on what you ordered; we carry a variety of brands from a variety of manufacturers. If everything you ordered is from the same family of brands, then all your items will ship together. If they were from different manufacturers, they will ship in separate parcels. This will not affect your freight charges.
